Jack Thompson may (finally) lose his license

This item on reports that Jack Thompson has had to appear in court to defend his right to practice law in Alabama, where he's licensed.

Lawyer jokes aside, lawyers have to comport themselves with a level of integrity and civility. Something Thompson has CLEARLY been far out of bounds on.

I hope he gets disbarred so the violence-in-games debate can come back to earth and perhaps reach reasonable levels of discourse.

To clarify, Thompson is licensed in Florida, but has a Pro Hac Vice to practice in Alabama. It will require the Florida Bar to completely remove him from practicing law. All the current judge could do is revoke his right to practice in Alabama, which might win the battle, but not the war.

Also, sadly, according to Game Politics, Judge Moore won't be revoking his Pro Hac Vice either.
